This website serves as an informational hub for the settlement of the securities class action, Oscar S. Wyatt, Jr., et al. v. El Paso Corporation, et al., Civil Action No. H-02-2717, in the United States District Court Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. If you are a class member, in order to be eligible to share in the distribution of the settlement, you must submit a proof of claim and release form postmarked no later than April 18, 2007, establishing that you are entitled to a recovery. If you are a class member and you do nothing, you will not be paid, and you will lose your right to file your own lawsuit about the claims in this case.

If you are a class member and do not want to be included in the class and the settlement, you must file a request for exclusion postmarked no later than February 2, 2007, in the manner and form explained in the notice. A judgment in this case on the settlement will bind all class members who do not request exclusion on time.

If you are a class member, you can object to any part of the settlement that you do not like. To object, your objection must be received by February 2, 2007 in the manner and form set forth in the notice.
